Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This policy applies to all users of the platform and its educational services.

2. Account Information We Collect

When an account is created or a profile is completed, the platform collects:

• First name, last name, and a username generated for the account
• Email address
• Phone number, and the phone number of a parent or guardian
• City and school
• A profile picture, if one is uploaded
• A password, which is stored only in hashed form and is never readable by the platform

Signing in with Google is optional. When it is used, the platform receives the name, email address, and Google account identifier associated with that Google account, and stores them to identify the account on future sign-ins. The platform does not receive the Google account password.

3. Academic Information We Collect

• Course, chapter, and lesson enrollments
• Purchases, including the amount paid and the method used
• Assignment submissions, uploaded files, and answers
• Grades, quiz results, and instructor feedback
• Attendance and progress records

4. Device and Session Information We Collect

To keep accounts secure and to enforce the limits described in the Terms & Conditions, the platform records:

• A browser fingerprint, calculated in the browser from its configuration and characteristics, which produces an identifier used to recognise the same browser or device on later visits. This identifier is stored on the device and against the account.
• The browser user-agent string sent by each device used to sign in, and the browser, browser version, operating system, device type, and device model derived from it
• The devices registered to an account, and whether a device has been revoked
• Sign-in times and the time each registered device was last used
• A record of significant actions taken on the account, such as sign-ins, sign-outs, profile changes, and device revocations

The fingerprint is used only to recognise devices on this platform, in order to apply device limits and detect account sharing. It is not used to track users across other websites and is not shared with advertising networks. The platform does not record IP addresses against user accounts.

5. Video and Learning Activity We Collect

While a student watches a video on the platform, viewing activity is recorded and is visible to instructors and administrators. This includes:

• Which video, lesson, chapter, and course is being watched, and when
• Play, pause, seek, progress, and completion events, and the position within the video at which they occur
• How much of the video has been watched, and for how long
• Playback settings in use, such as playback speed, selected quality, volume, mute state, and fullscreen state
• The browser, operating system, and device type used, and an approximate country derived from the connection

This information is used to measure academic progress, to support and improve the delivery of video content, and to detect account sharing.

6. Payment Information

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. When a purchase is started, the platform sends that provider the buyer's first name, last name, email address, and phone number so the payment can be completed.

Card, wallet, and banking details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never sent to or stored by the platform. Once a payment completes, the platform stores the transaction record returned by the provider, which may include a masked reference to the payment method, along with the amount, the item purchased, and the status of the transaction.

Access may also be granted using a scratch code purchased offline, in which case no payment information is collected by the platform.

7. Order and Shipping Information

When an order is placed through WhatsApp, we may collect information needed to process and deliver the order, including:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Governorate
• Area
• Full delivery address
• Any additional information voluntarily provided in connection with the delivery

This information is used to process the order, arrange delivery, communicate with the customer regarding the order, and provide customer support.

Order and shipping information may be processed through third-party service providers that assist us with operating our WhatsApp ordering system, managing orders, and storing order information.

We do not use shipping information for advertising purposes and do not sell this information to third parties.

8. How We Use Information

Information may be used to provide educational services, manage accounts, monitor academic progress, improve the platform, provide support, process payments, and prevent fraud or account sharing.

9. Communication

Users may be contacted through WhatsApp, email, or other provided contact methods for educational, administrative, and support purposes. Email is also used to send account verification links, password reset links, and notices about payments that need attention.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The platform sets the following cookies, all of which are necessary for it to function:

• A session cookie that keeps the user signed in. It expires after one day, or after thirty days when "remember me" is selected.
• A device cookie holding the device identifier described above, so a returning device is not counted as a new one. It lasts up to one year.
• A short-lived video access cookie that authorises playback of a video the user is entitled to watch.

The platform does not use advertising cookies and does not share cookie data with advertising networks.

11. Security Monitoring

To protect the integrity of the platform and prevent unauthorized access, account sharing, fraud, or abuse, the platform records the devices registered to each account, sign-in and usage times, and significant actions taken on the account.

Such information may be used for security investigations, fraud prevention, account protection, and enforcement of the platform's Terms & Conditions. Where an account appears to be shared, registered devices may be revoked and the account may be restricted or locked.

12. Service Providers We Use

The platform relies on the following external providers, each of which may process user information on its behalf:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, file and video storage, and delivery of automated emails
• MongoDB — storage of account, academic, and activity records
• Paymob — processing of online payments
• Google — optional sign-in with a Google account

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to the platform.

Certain quizzes and exams are hosted on Testportal, an external examination service. Where a student takes such an exam, the platform signs in to that service using the instructor's own account and retrieves the results, then matches each attempt to the correct student account on its own servers. The platform does not send student account information to that service.

13. International Data Transfers

Some of the providers listed above operate outside Egypt, and information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from other countries. Where such a transfer takes place, the platform seeks to ensure that the receiving provider offers an appropriate level of protection for the information transferred.

14. Sharing of Information

The platform does not sell personal information. Beyond the service providers listed above, information may be shared with legal authorities where required by law.

Within the platform, a student's name, academic records, submissions, grades, and viewing activity are visible to the instructors responsible for the courses in which the student is enrolled, and to platform administrators.

15. Data Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never stored in a readable form. Access to account and academic information is limited by role, so that instructors see the students in their own courses. Credentials used by the platform to reach its service providers are held in a managed secrets store.

Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect information; however, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

16. Data Breach Notification

If a security incident occurs that affects personal information and is likely to result in a risk to the users concerned, the platform will notify the affected users and the competent authority without undue delay, as required by applicable law.

17. Data Retention

The platform retains account information, educational records, activity records, and security logs for academic, administrative, security, or legal purposes, including after course access ends. Records are not deleted automatically after a fixed period.

Short-lived security tokens, such as video access tokens, expire and are removed automatically.

18. User Rights

Signed-in users may correct their own first name, last name, phone number, parent or guardian phone number, city, school, and profile picture at any time from their profile page.

Changes to a username or email address, and requests to delete an account or to obtain a copy of the information held about it, may be made by contacting support using the details below. Such requests are handled subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Corrections apply to current account information. Security and activity logs are kept as a historical record and are not altered when account information is later corrected.

19. Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for students, including those under the age of 18. An account for a student under 18 should be created and used with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and the Terms & Conditions must be accepted by a parent or guardian on that student's behalf.

A parent or guardian phone number is collected so that the parent or guardian can be contacted about the student's use of the platform. The platform does not currently verify parental consent by any automated means and relies on the account holder to obtain it.

A parent or guardian may contact support using the details below to ask about, correct, or request the deletion of information held about a student in their care.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The platform may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The version of this policy accepted by each user, and the date on which it was accepted, are recorded against that user's account. Where this policy is changed materially, users may be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the platform.

2. معلومات الحساب التي نجمعها

عند إنشاء الحساب أو استكمال الملف الشخصي، تجمع المنصة ما يلي:

• الاسم الأول واسم العائلة واسم المستخدم الذي يتم إنشاؤه للحساب
• البريد الإلكتروني
• رقم الهاتف ورقم هاتف ولي الأمر
• المدينة والمدرسة
• صورة شخصية، في حال تم رفعها
• كلمة المرور، وتُحفظ مشفَّرة فقط ولا يمكن للمنصة الاطلاع عليها

تسجيل الدخول عبر Google اختياري. وعند استخدامه، تتلقى المنصة الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومُعرِّف حساب Google المرتبط بذلك الحساب، وتحفظها للتعرف على الحساب عند تسجيل الدخول لاحقًا. ولا تتلقى المنصة كلمة مرور حساب Google.

3. المعلومات الأكاديمية التي نجمعها

• الاشتراكات في الدورات والفصول والدروس
• عمليات الشراء، بما في ذلك المبلغ المدفوع وطريقة الدفع
• الواجبات المُسلَّمة والملفات المرفوعة والإجابات
• الدرجات ونتائج الاختبارات وملاحظات المدرسين
• سجلات الحضور والتقدم الدراسي

4. معلومات الأجهزة والجلسات التي نجمعها

للحفاظ على أمان الحسابات ولتطبيق القيود الموضحة في الشروط والأحكام، تسجّل المنصة ما يلي:

• بصمة المتصفح، وتُحسب داخل المتصفح من إعداداته وخصائصه، وينتج عنها مُعرِّف يُستخدم للتعرف على المتصفح أو الجهاز نفسه في الزيارات اللاحقة. ويُحفظ هذا المُعرِّف على الجهاز وضمن بيانات الحساب.
• بيانات المتصفح (user-agent) التي يرسلها كل جهاز يُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول، وما يُستخلص منها من نوع المتصفح وإصداره ونظام التشغيل ونوع الجهاز وطرازه
• الأجهزة المسجَّلة على الحساب، وما إذا كان قد تم إلغاء تسجيل أي منها
• أوقات تسجيل الدخول وآخر وقت استُخدم فيه كل جهاز مسجَّل
• سجل بالإجراءات المهمة على الحساب، مثل تسجيل الدخول والخروج وتعديل الملف الشخصي وإلغاء تسجيل الأجهزة

تُستخدم بصمة المتصفح فقط للتعرف على الأجهزة داخل هذه المنصة، بهدف تطبيق حدود عدد الأجهزة والكشف عن مشاركة الحسابات. ولا تُستخدم لتتبع المستخدمين عبر المواقع الأخرى ولا تتم مشاركتها مع شبكات الإعلانات. كما أن المنصة لا تسجّل عناوين IP ضمن بيانات حسابات المستخدمين.

5. نشاط مشاهدة الفيديو والتعلّم

أثناء مشاهدة الطالب لأي فيديو على المنصة، يتم تسجيل نشاط المشاهدة ويكون متاحًا للمدرسين والمشرفين، ويشمل ذلك:

• الفيديو والدرس والفصل والدورة التي تتم مشاهدتها، ووقت المشاهدة
• أحداث التشغيل والإيقاف المؤقت والتنقل داخل الفيديو وإتمامه، والموضع الذي وقعت عنده
• مقدار ما تمت مشاهدته من الفيديو، ومدة المشاهدة
• إعدادات التشغيل المستخدمة، مثل سرعة التشغيل والجودة المختارة ومستوى الصوت وكتم الصوت ووضع ملء الشاشة
• المتصفح ونظام التشغيل ونوع الجهاز المستخدم، والدولة التقريبية المستخلصة من الاتصال

تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لقياس التقدم الدراسي ولدعم وتحسين طريقة تقديم محتوى الفيديو وللكشف عن مشاركة الحسابات.

6. معلومات الدفع

تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مزود خدمة دفع خارجي. وعند بدء عملية شراء، ترسل المنصة إلى هذا المزود الاسم الأول واسم العائلة والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم هاتف المشتري لإتمام عملية الدفع.

تُدخَل بيانات البطاقات والمحافظ والحسابات البنكية مباشرة لدى مزود خدمة الدفع، ولا تُرسل إلى المنصة ولا تُخزَّن لديها. وبعد إتمام الدفع، تحفظ المنصة سجل العملية كما ورد من المزود، وقد يتضمن إشارة مُخفاة إلى وسيلة الدفع، إضافة إلى المبلغ والعنصر المشترى وحالة العملية.

كما يمكن الحصول على الوصول عبر كارت شحن (كود) يتم شراؤه خارج المنصة، وفي هذه الحالة لا تجمع المنصة أي معلومات دفع.

7. معلومات الطلب والتوصيل

عند إجراء طلب من خلال واتساب، قد نقوم بجمع المعلومات اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب وتوصيله، ومنها:

• الاسم الكامل
• رقم الهاتف
• المحافظة
• المنطقة
• عنوان التوصيل الكامل
• أي معلومات إضافية يقدمها العميل طوعًا فيما يتعلق بالتوصيل

تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لمعالجة الطلب، وترتيب عملية التوصيل، والتواصل مع العميل بشأن الطلب، وتقديم خدمة دعم العملاء.

قد تتم معالجة معلومات الطلب والتوصيل من خلال مزودي خدمات من جهات خارجية يساعدوننا في تشغيل نظام الطلبات عبر واتساب، وإدارة الطلبات، وتخزين معلومات الطلبات.

لا نستخدم معلومات التوصيل لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نبيع هذه المعلومات إلى أطراف أخرى.

8. كيفية استخدام المعلومات

قد تُستخدم المعلومات لتقديم الخدمات التعليمية وإدارة الحسابات ومتابعة التقدم الدراسي وتحسين المنصة وتقديم الدعم ومعالجة المدفوعات ومنع الاحتيال أو مشاركة الحسابات.

9. التواصل

قد يتم التواصل مع المستخدمين عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل الاتصال المقدمة لأغراض تعليمية أو إدارية أو للدعم الفني. كما يُستخدم البريد الإلكتروني لإرسال روابط تفعيل الحساب وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور وإشعارات المدفوعات التي تحتاج إلى مراجعة.

10. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة

تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف الارتباط التالية، وجميعها ضرورية لعمل المنصة:

• ملف جلسة يبقي المستخدم مسجّل الدخول، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد يوم واحد، أو بعد ثلاثين يومًا عند اختيار «تذكّرني».
• ملف جهاز يحتوي على مُعرِّف الجهاز الموضح أعلاه، حتى لا يُحتسب الجهاز المعروف كجهاز جديد، وتصل مدته إلى سنة واحدة.
• ملف قصير المدة للوصول إلى الفيديو، يصرّح بتشغيل فيديو يحق للمستخدم مشاهدته.

لا تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا تشارك بياناتها مع شبكات الإعلانات.

11. المراقبة الأمنية

من أجل حماية سلامة المنصة ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به أو مشاركة الحسابات أو الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام، تسجّل المنصة الأجهزة المرتبطة بكل حساب وأوقات الدخول والاستخدام والإجراءات المهمة التي تتم على الحساب.

قد تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لأغراض أمنية ومنع الاحتيال وحماية الحسابات وتطبيق الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمنصة. وفي حال ظهور ما يشير إلى مشاركة الحساب، يجوز إلغاء تسجيل الأجهزة المسجَّلة وتقييد الحساب أو إيقافه.

12. مزودو الخدمات الذين نتعامل معهم

تعتمد المنصة على مزودي الخدمات الخارجيين التاليين، وقد يقوم كل منهم بمعالجة معلومات المستخدمين نيابة عنها:

• Amazon Web Services — الاستضافة وتخزين الملفات والفيديو وإرسال الرسائل التلقائية
• MongoDB — تخزين سجلات الحسابات والسجلات الأكاديمية وسجلات النشاط
• Paymob — معالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية
• Google — تسجيل الدخول الاختياري عبر حساب Google

لا يُسمح لهؤلاء المزودين باستخدام المعلومات إلا لتقديم خدماتهم للمنصة.

تُستضاف بعض الاختبارات والامتحانات على خدمة Testportal الخارجية. وعند أداء الطالب لأحد هذه الامتحانات، تسجّل المنصة الدخول إلى تلك الخدمة باستخدام حساب المدرس الخاص بها وتسحب النتائج، ثم تربط كل محاولة بحساب الطالب الصحيح على خوادمها الخاصة. ولا ترسل المنصة معلومات حسابات الطلاب إلى تلك الخدمة.

13. نقل البيانات خارج البلاد

يعمل بعض المزودين المذكورين أعلاه خارج مصر، وقد يتم نقل المعلومات إلى دول أخرى أو تخزينها أو الاطلاع عليها منها. وعند حدوث مثل هذا النقل، تحرص المنصة على أن يوفر المزود المستقبِل مستوى مناسبًا من الحماية للمعلومات المنقولة.

14. مشاركة المعلومات

لا تقوم المنصة ببيع المعلومات الشخصية للمستخدمين. وبخلاف مزودي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه، قد تتم مشاركة المعلومات مع الجهات المختصة إذا تطلب القانون ذلك.

وداخل المنصة، يكون اسم الطالب وسجلاته الأكاديمية وواجباته ودرجاته ونشاط مشاهدته متاحًا للمدرسين المسؤولين عن الدورات المشترك بها الطالب، وللمشرفين على المنصة.

15. أمن البيانات

تُحفظ كلمات المرور مشفَّرة فقط ولا تُخزَّن بصورة قابلة للقراءة. والوصول إلى معلومات الحسابات والسجلات الأكاديمية محدود بحسب الصلاحية، بحيث يطّلع كل مدرس على طلاب دوراته فقط. أما بيانات الاعتماد التي تستخدمها المنصة للتعامل مع مزودي خدماتها فتُحفظ في نظام إدارة أسرار مُؤمَّن.

تتخذ المنصة إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية البيانات، إلا أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بشكل كامل.

16. الإخطار عند اختراق البيانات

في حال وقوع حادث أمني يمس البيانات الشخصية ويُرجَّح أن يترتب عليه خطر على المستخدمين المعنيين، تقوم المنصة بإخطار المستخدمين المتأثرين والجهة المختصة دون تأخير غير مبرر، وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون المعمول به.

17. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تحتفظ المنصة بمعلومات الحساب والسجلات الأكاديمية وسجلات النشاط وسجلات الأمان لأغراض أكاديمية أو إدارية أو أمنية أو قانونية، بما في ذلك بعد انتهاء الوصول إلى الدورات. ولا تُحذف هذه السجلات تلقائيًا بعد مدة محددة.

أما الرموز الأمنية قصيرة المدة، مثل رموز الوصول إلى الفيديو، فتنتهي صلاحيتها وتُحذف تلقائيًا.

18. حقوق المستخدم

يمكن للمستخدمين المسجّلين تصحيح الاسم الأول واسم العائلة ورقم الهاتف ورقم هاتف ولي الأمر والمدينة والمدرسة والصورة الشخصية في أي وقت من صفحة الملف الشخصي.

أما تغيير اسم المستخدم أو البريد الإلكتروني، وطلبات حذف الحساب أو الحصول على نسخة من المعلومات المحفوظة عنه، فتتم عبر التواصل مع الدعم من خلال البيانات الموضحة أدناه، وتُعالَج هذه الطلبات وفقًا للمتطلبات القانونية والتشغيلية المعمول بها.

ويسري التصحيح على معلومات الحساب الحالية. أما سجلات الأمان والنشاط فيُحتفظ بها كسجل تاريخي ولا تُعدَّل عند تصحيح معلومات الحساب لاحقًا.

19. خصوصية الأطفال

المنصة مخصصة للطلاب، بمن فيهم من تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا. ويجب إنشاء حساب الطالب الذي يقل عمره عن 18 عامًا واستخدامه بعلم وموافقة ولي الأمر، كما يجب أن يوافق ولي الأمر على الشروط والأحكام نيابة عن الطالب.

ويتم جمع رقم هاتف ولي الأمر حتى يمكن التواصل معه بشأن استخدام الطالب للمنصة. ولا تتحقق المنصة حاليًا من موافقة ولي الأمر بأي وسيلة آلية، وتعتمد على صاحب الحساب في الحصول عليها.

ويجوز لولي الأمر التواصل مع الدعم عبر البيانات الموضحة أدناه للاستفسار عن المعلومات المحفوظة عن الطالب الذي يرعاه أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذفها.

20. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية

يجوز للمنصة تعديل سياسة الخصوصية في أي وقت. ويتم تسجيل نسخة السياسة التي وافق عليها كل مستخدم وتاريخ الموافقة عليها في حسابه. وعند إجراء تعديل جوهري على هذه السياسة، قد يُطلب من المستخدمين مراجعة النسخة المحدثة والموافقة عليها قبل الاستمرار في استخدام المنصة.
