1. About the Platform

The platform provides online educational services, including courses, lessons, educational materials, quizzes, assignments, and academic support across various subjects and educational programs.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their accounts.

Sharing accounts with other individuals is strictly prohibited.

The platform is used by students under the age of 18. Where the student is under 18, these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy must be read and accepted by a parent or guardian on the student's behalf, and the account may only be created and used with that parent's or guardian's consent. By accepting them, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms for the student and accepts responsibility for the student's use of the platform.

The platform records which version of these Terms & Conditions and of the Privacy Policy was accepted on an account, and the date of acceptance. Acceptance may only be given by the account holder or their parent or guardian, and can never be given by platform staff on their behalf.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the student's use of the platform.

3. Access Restrictions & Account Security

User accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be shared with other persons under any circumstances.

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and prevent unauthorized account sharing, the platform may impose a limit on the number of devices, browsers, or applications registered to an account.

A device is registered the first time it is used to sign in, and stays registered until the platform removes it. Signing out does not free a place. Where an account has reached its limit, signing in from a further device will be refused until an already registered device is removed.

Registered devices can only be removed by the platform. Users may request the removal or replacement of a previously registered device in certain circumstances, such as changing devices, reinstalling software, clearing browser data, or replacing a browser, by contacting support. Approval of such requests remains entirely at the platform's discretion.

The platform reserves the right to monitor account activity and access patterns for security purposes and to detect unauthorized account sharing, abuse, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

The platform reserves the right to deny access, restrict account activity, suspend accounts, or require additional verification whenever suspicious activity is detected.

4. Course Access & Academic Year Policy

Access to lessons, recordings, quizzes, files, and other educational materials is granted for the duration of the relevant academic year only unless otherwise stated. Access is not withdrawn automatically at a fixed date, but the platform may end it at or after the end of the relevant academic year.

At the end of the academic year, users may lose access to some or all course materials and platform content.

Certain materials may also be modified, archived, or permanently removed from the platform without prior notice.

Purchasing access to a course does not guarantee permanent or lifetime access to its content.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments made through the platform may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

All purchases made through the platform, including courses, lessons, subscriptions, and educational materials, are final and non-refundable, except where a payment is duplicated or taken in error. Where a user is charged more than once for the same item, or is charged for an item that was not delivered, the platform will correct the charge once the payment provider has confirmed it.

Users are responsible for reviewing course information before completing any purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• PDFs
• Presentations
• Quizzes
• Books
• Graphics
• Written materials
• Educational resources

is owned by the platform, its instructors, or its content providers unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, record, upload, publish, sell, share, or redistribute any platform content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of educational content may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the platform.

7. Communication Consent

By creating an account or using the platform, users agree to be contacted through the WhatsApp number, email address, or other contact information they provide.

Such communication may include:

• Course announcements
• Scheduling updates
• Technical support
• Academic reminders
• Administrative notifications
• Educational communications related to the platform

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Share accounts with others
• Attempt to bypass platform restrictions
• Copy or distribute educational materials
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Access accounts belonging to other users
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the platform in any unlawful manner

Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Account sharing
• Unauthorized distribution of content
• Abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the platform

The platform may, but is not obligated to, provide explanations regarding decisions to restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, the platform does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

The platform shall not be held responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Device incompatibility
• Temporary outages
• Data loss
• Circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control

11. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after such modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Where these terms are changed materially, users may be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the platform.

توفر المنصة خدمات تعليمية عبر الإنترنت تشمل الدورات التعليمية، الدروس، المواد التعليمية، الاختبارات، الواجبات، والدعم الأكاديمي في مختلف المواد والبرامج التعليمية.

2. الحسابات ومسؤولية المستخدم

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إنشاء الحساب.

كما يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وكافة الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه.

يمنع منعًا باتًا مشاركة الحساب مع أي شخص آخر.

تُستخدم المنصة من قبل طلاب تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا. وإذا كان الطالب دون سن 18 عامًا، فيجب أن يقرأ ولي الأمر هذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية ويوافق عليهما نيابة عن الطالب، ولا يجوز إنشاء الحساب أو استخدامه إلا بموافقة ولي الأمر. وبموافقته يكون ولي الأمر قد ارتضى هذه الشروط عن الطالب وتحمّل المسؤولية عن استخدامه للمنصة.

تسجّل المنصة نسخة الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية التي تمت الموافقة عليها في كل حساب، وتاريخ هذه الموافقة. ولا يجوز أن تصدر الموافقة إلا عن صاحب الحساب أو ولي أمره، ولا يجوز بأي حال أن يقدّمها العاملون بالمنصة نيابة عنه.

ويتحمل أولياء الأمور أو الأوصياء مسؤولية متابعة استخدام الطالب للمنصة.

3. قيود الوصول وأمان الحساب

تم تخصيص حسابات المستخدمين للاستخدام الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز مشاركتها مع أي شخص آخر تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

من أجل حماية سلامة المنصة ومنع مشاركة الحسابات بشكل غير مصرح به، يجوز للمنصة فرض حد لعدد الأجهزة أو المتصفحات أو التطبيقات المسجَّلة على الحساب.

يُسجَّل الجهاز عند أول استخدام له لتسجيل الدخول، ويظل مسجَّلًا إلى أن تقوم المنصة بإزالته، ولا يؤدي تسجيل الخروج إلى إخلاء مكانه. وعند بلوغ الحساب الحد المسموح به، يتم رفض تسجيل الدخول من أي جهاز إضافي إلى أن تتم إزالة أحد الأجهزة المسجَّلة.

لا يمكن إزالة الأجهزة المسجَّلة إلا من جانب المنصة. ويجوز للمستخدمين طلب إزالة أو استبدال جهاز مسجَّل سابقًا في بعض الحالات، مثل تغيير الأجهزة أو إعادة تثبيت البرامج أو مسح بيانات المتصفح أو تغيير المتصفح، وذلك بالتواصل مع الدعم. وتبقى الموافقة على هذه الطلبات خاضعة لتقدير إدارة المنصة بالكامل.

تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في مراقبة نشاط الحسابات وأنماط الوصول إليها لأغراض أمنية، وللكشف عن أي مشاركة غير مصرح بها للحسابات أو أي إساءة استخدام أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

كما تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في رفض الوصول أو تقييد نشاط الحساب أو إيقافه مؤقتًا أو طلب إجراءات تحقق إضافية عند اكتشاف أي نشاط يُشتبه في مخالفته لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

4. مدة الوصول للمحتوى الدراسي

يتم منح الوصول إلى الدروس والتسجيلات والاختبارات والملفات والمواد التعليمية الأخرى طوال مدة العام الدراسي المرتبط بها فقط، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. ولا يتم سحب الوصول تلقائيًا في تاريخ محدد، إلا أنه يجوز للمنصة إنهاؤه عند انتهاء العام الدراسي المرتبط به أو بعده.

مع نهاية العام الدراسي قد يفقد المستخدم إمكانية الوصول إلى بعض أو جميع محتويات المنصة والمواد التعليمية.

كما قد يتم تعديل بعض المواد أو أرشفتها أو حذفها نهائيًا من المنصة دون إشعار مسبق.

لا يضمن شراء أي دورة أو اشتراك الحصول على وصول دائم أو مدى الحياة للمحتوى.

5. المدفوعات وسياسة الاسترجاع

قد تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع خارجيين موثوقين.

جميع عمليات الشراء التي تتم من خلال المنصة، بما في ذلك الدورات والاشتراكات والمواد التعليمية، نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع، فيما عدا حالات تكرار الدفع أو الخصم بالخطأ. وفي حال خصم قيمة العنصر ذاته أكثر من مرة، أو خصم قيمة عنصر لم يتم تسليمه، تقوم المنصة بتصحيح العملية بعد تأكيدها من مزود خدمة الدفع.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية مراجعة تفاصيل الدورة أو الخدمة قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المتوفرة على المنصة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• الفيديوهات
• ملفات PDF
• العروض التقديمية
• الاختبارات
• الكتب
• الرسومات
• المواد المكتوبة
• الموارد التعليمية

مملوكة للمنصة أو للمدرسين أو لمزودي المحتوى ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يمنع نسخ أو توزيع أو تسجيل أو رفع أو نشر أو بيع أو مشاركة أو إعادة توزيع أي محتوى خاص بالمنصة دون الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق.

قد يؤدي أي استخدام أو مشاركة غير مصرح بها للمحتوى التعليمي إلى إيقاف الحساب أو إنهائه بشكل دائم.

7. الموافقة على التواصل

باستخدام المنصة أو إنشاء حساب عليها، يوافق المستخدم على إمكانية التواصل معه عبر رقم الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو أي وسيلة تواصل أخرى قام بتقديمها.

وقد يشمل ذلك:

• الإعلانات الخاصة بالدورات
• تحديثات الجداول والمواعيد
• الدعم الفني
• التذكيرات الأكاديمية
• الإشعارات الإدارية
• التواصل التعليمي المتعلق بالمنصة

8. الأنشطة المحظورة

يوافق المستخدم على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• مشاركة الحساب مع الآخرين
• محاولة تجاوز قيود أو أنظمة الحماية الخاصة بالمنصة
• نسخ أو توزيع المواد التعليمية
• التدخل في عمل المنصة أو تعطيلها
• الوصول إلى حسابات مستخدمين آخرين دون تصريح
• رفع ملفات ضارة أو برمجيات خبيثة
• استخدام المنصة بأي شكل غير قانوني

أي إساءة استخدام للمنصة قد تؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب أو إنهائه.

9. إيقاف أو إنهاء الحسابات

تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في إيقاف أو تقييد أو حذف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط والأحكام.

وقد تشمل أسباب الإيقاف أو الحذف، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• مشاركة الحسابات
• توزيع المحتوى بشكل غير مصرح به
• السلوك المسيء
• الأنشطة الاحتيالية
• إساءة استخدام المنصة

يجوز للمنصة، دون أن تكون ملزمة بذلك، تقديم توضيحات بشأن القرارات المتعلقة بتقييد الحسابات أو إيقافها أو حذفها.

10. تحديد المسؤولية

رغم سعي المنصة لتقديم خدمات مستقرة وموثوقة، إلا أنها لا تضمن التوافر المستمر أو العمل الخالي من الأخطاء بشكل دائم.

لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية:

• مشاكل الاتصال بالإنترنت
• عدم توافق الأجهزة
• الأعطال المؤقتة
• فقدان البيانات
• الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة

11. تعديل الشروط والأحكام

يحق للمنصة تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

ويعتبر استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة على الشروط المحدثة. وعند إجراء تعديل جوهري على هذه الشروط، قد يُطلب من المستخدمين مراجعة النسخة المحدثة والموافقة عليها قبل الاستمرار في استخدام المنصة.
