1. About the Platform

4. Course Access & Academic Year Policy

Access to lessons, recordings, quizzes, files, and other educational materials is granted for the duration of the relevant academic year only unless otherwise stated.

At the end of the academic year, users may lose access to some or all course materials and platform content.

Certain materials may also be modified, archived, or permanently removed from the platform without prior notice.

Purchasing access to a course does not guarantee permanent or lifetime access to its content.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments made through the platform may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

All purchases made through the platform, including courses, lessons, subscriptions, and educational materials, are final and non-refundable.

Users are responsible for reviewing course information before completing any purchase.

بالنسبة للمستخدمين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا، قد يتحمل أولياء الأمور أو الأوصياء مسؤولية متابعة استخدام الطالب للمنصة.

3. قيود الوصول وأمان الحساب

تم تخصيص حسابات المستخدمين للاستخدام الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز مشاركتها مع أي شخص آخر تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

من أجل حماية سلامة المنصة ومنع مشاركة الحسابات بشكل غير مصرح به، يجوز للمنصة فرض قيود على عدد المتصفحات أو الأجهزة أو التطبيقات أو وسائل الوصول الأخرى المرتبطة بالحساب.

كما يجوز للمنصة تقييد عدد الجلسات النشطة المتزامنة المسموح بها للحساب الواحد.

تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في مراقبة نشاط الحسابات وأنماط الوصول إليها لأغراض أمنية، وللكشف عن أي مشاركة غير مصرح بها للحسابات أو أي إساءة استخدام أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

كما تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في رفض الوصول أو تقييد نشاط الحساب أو إيقافه مؤقتًا أو طلب إجراءات تحقق إضافية عند اكتشاف أي نشاط يُشتبه في مخالفته لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

4. مدة الوصول للمحتوى الدراسي

يتم منح الوصول إلى الدروس والتسجيلات والاختبارات والملفات والمواد التعليمية الأخرى طوال مدة العام الدراسي المرتبط بها فقط، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

مع نهاية العام الدراسي قد يفقد المستخدم إمكانية الوصول إلى بعض أو جميع محتويات المنصة والمواد التعليمية.

كما قد يتم تعديل بعض المواد أو أرشفتها أو حذفها نهائيًا من المنصة دون إشعار مسبق.

لا يضمن شراء أي دورة أو اشتراك الحصول على وصول دائم أو مدى الحياة للمحتوى.

5. المدفوعات وسياسة الاسترجاع

قد تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع خارجيين موثوقين.

جميع عمليات الشراء التي تتم من خلال المنصة، بما في ذلك الدورات والاشتراكات والمواد التعليمية، نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية مراجعة تفاصيل الدورة أو الخدمة قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المتوفرة على المنصة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

يمنع نسخ أو توزيع أو تسجيل أو رفع أو نشر أو بيع أو مشاركة أو إعادة توزيع أي محتوى خاص بالمنصة دون الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق.

قد يؤدي أي استخدام أو مشاركة غير مصرح بها للمحتوى التعليمي إلى إيقاف الحساب أو إنهائه بشكل دائم.

باستخدام المنصة أو إنشاء حساب عليها، يوافق المستخدم على إمكانية التواصل معه عبر رقم الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو أي وسيلة تواصل أخرى قام بتقديمها.

وقد يشمل ذلك:

• الإعلانات الخاصة بالدورات
• تحديثات الجداول والمواعيد
• الدعم الفني
• التذكيرات الأكاديمية
• الإشعارات الإدارية
• التواصل التعليمي المتعلق بالمنصة

8. الأنشطة المحظورة

يوافق المستخدم على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• مشاركة الحساب مع الآخرين
• محاولة تجاوز قيود أو أنظمة الحماية الخاصة بالمنصة
• نسخ أو توزيع المواد التعليمية
• التدخل في عمل المنصة أو تعطيلها

رغم سعي المنصة لتقديم خدمات مستقرة وموثوقة، إلا أنها لا تضمن التوافر المستمر أو العمل الخالي من الأخطاء بشكل دائم.

لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية:

• مشاكل الاتصال بالإنترنت
• عدم توافق الأجهزة
• الأعطال المؤقتة
• فقدان البيانات
• الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة

11. تعديل الشروط والأحكام

يحق للمنصة تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

ويعتبر استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة على الشروط المحدثة.
